Angela Testa has more than 20 years' experience of the fashion industry.  Following her studies at the Academy of Fashion and Costume in Rome and subsequently at the  

Domus Academy in Milan, she gained her early practical experience at the Alta Moda in Rome. 

 

She has worked on designs in both high fashion and for well known pret-a-porter  companies, which have enabled her to develop her skills and talents, both as a designer and as a creative director.  

 

She has first- hand experience of the different stages involved in the fashion process, from design to sale and of the current trends in the target market.

 

Angela's designs are innovative and original.  She is constantly keeping herself up- to -date regarding developments in the fashion world.  As a consequence, she frequently undertakes market research, which often involves trips abroad, namely to: London,

Paris, Berlin, Southeast Asia and The United States of America. 

 

Since 2007, when the hanita label was created, Angela has been employed as its creative director.
